Cotton Palace is pleased to offer personalization on most of our items. However we do not offer custom embroidery.
INTIALS ARE MONOGRAMMED EXACTLY IN THE ORDER THEY ARE ENTERED
Make sure the middle letter you type in is the middle letter you want on the embroidery!
When requesting a three initial monogram it is customary for the middle letter to be last (family) name. Thus if the name is John P. Smith, you must order the monogram to be --- JSP.
Please also note that the center initial will be larger- as shown in the pictures.
Some monogram styles are not available for some robes.

If you make a mistake in entering your initial you must cancel your order and reorder with the correct intials. Please do not request a modification by email.
