To EXCHANGE or RETURN an item, email us at service@cottonpalace.com. We will then issue you an RA number and provide you with shipping instructions. PLEASE NOTE THERE IS A FEE for returning.

RETURN FEE - If item was shipped free UPS Ground, you will be credited the cost of the item MINUS a $7.00 restocking fee per item.

EXCHANGE FEE - There is a $5.00 shipping fee per item for all exchanges.



CANCEL AN ORDER

To cancel an order you must contact us immediately. Orders are usually processed at 12 Noon EST. Once an order has shipped or is monogrammed, we cannot cancel it.
